- I can't really confirm it, but I can tell you this:

- 1. I don't have the library anywhere (installed or in any directory
- I've looked through).
- 2. Snoopdos reports that IBrowse tries to open it (and fails) on
- launching. IBrowse doesn't display any error though. It *is*
- normal for a program to try to open several files, even if they're
- not needed for a given user's setup, so I we're none the wiser! :(
